I would like to thank in advance all the visitors of my web-pages: my name is Lucia and I'm 30 years old. Having worked for many years in hotels and B&B and travelled all over the world, I had the opportunity to speak to many tourist guides and friends who worked in this business. I have also worked in camping sites, guesthouses, houses, bed e breakfast etc. Thanks to all this experience, I then decided to offer a service to all the tourists that decided to visit Rome. To do this as best I could, I tried to understand what a tourist or a family who come in vacation needs. I decided that far from home one should always feel at home: so what I have to offer is a flat or loft with all accessories, with one or two bedrooms, clean bedding, bathroom, dining room and a nice kitchen nicely furnished, colour TV, and a big parking area. All of this set in an ancient building amongst a quite surrounding. We also accept small size dogs for the animal lovers the availabity and the kindness of my self, and the economic advantage.
POSITION: Tiburtina, in the Colli Aniene area. Colli Aniene area was developed with a great respect to all urbanistic plans. Our facilities are placed in a sixteenth century building surrounded by thick woods, it rises in a central area well serviced, close to commercial centres, banks, post offices, sport centres, restaurants, bar and pizzerias.
LINKS: It's considered one of the best area within the periphery of Rome, with a bus stationat within 200 metres walking distance, giving the possibility to visit all the best monuments: Colosseum, San Peter's Church, Trevi's fountain, Spagna's square, Pantheon, Navona's square.
BY PLANE: Fiumicino airport, train for Termini station, then take bus 309 and get off at E. Franceschini street.
BY TRAIN:At Termini station take Metro line B, (in the Rebibbia direction) then stop at S. Maria del Soccorso (3 last stop), then take Bus 309,and get off at E. Franceschini street.
BY CAR: Grande Raccordo Anulare exit 14, direction towards Rome centre , tangenziale - exit P. Togliatti
